2. Subscription & billing
Our services operate on a monthly, flat-fee subscription model.
Payment is due upfront at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.
Clients may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing before the next billing period.
3. What’s included
Each plan includes a set number of active requests, as defined in your plan. An “active request” refers to one task being worked on at a time. You can queue unlimited tasks - we’ll work through them one by one.
You’ll also receive:
Daily updates via Trello and Slack
Design revisions until you’re 100% satisfied
Weekly check-in calls (if needed)
4. What’s not included
Prime Design does not include:
Long-form copywriting
Backend development
Advanced animations or custom code outside Webflow
Projects not previously agreed upon or outside our core expertise
If you need something outside of scope, we’re happy to discuss a custom engagement.
5. Ownership & deliverables
All final designs are yours to keep.
You’ll receive editable files (Figma, Webflow, etc.)
We do not watermark or restrict the use of any deliverables
Fonts, stock photos, or other licensed assets may require you to obtain appropriate usage rights separately
6. Client responsibilities
To keep things moving, we rely on you to:
Provide timely feedback on designs
Submit clear project briefs
Communicate via Slack or your chosen workspace
Approve designs or request changes in a reasonable time frame
Delays in response may impact turnaround time.
7. Turnaround time
We work fast - most tasks are completed within 24-48 hours, depending on complexity. Larger projects (e.g. full websites or brand identities) will take longer. Timelines will always be communicated clearly in advance.
8. Pausing or modifying service
We do not offer a pause feature at this time.
If you’d like to adjust your subscription, please reach out before your next billing cycle.
9. Confidentiality
All information you share with us is kept strictly confidential. We will never share or use your work or details without your permission unless agreed upon for case studies or portfolios.
10. Legal liability
Prime Design is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use or misuse of delivered materials.
We are not responsible for final legal compliance (e.g. ADA, GDPR) unless specifically scoped into the project.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a project or relationship if:
There is abuse, harassment, or toxic behavior toward our team
Terms are repeatedly violated
Payment is not received
